fake monster high , true MH extension siren by clefchan fake monster high , true MH extension siren by clefchan
My friend Luis from mexico sent me a bunch of fake monster high from china to work with and I'm very happy because they are grat to make thing. As they are cheap, I don't feel guilty to chop one's leg off.
So for the first relooking, I used the doll you can see on the left and the tail from the monster high extension Siren:
The fake doll are really cheap, the plastic is very light and fragile, the feet are also so small compared to the original one.
So I kept the head , torso and arms, cut off the legs, I had to put fimo air into the tail to make the body stay standing up because the fake dolls have smaller hips. And then I redid all the painting (including the face), I removed the hair and put a Liv doll wig instead. I wanted to paint perly pink for the end of the tail but the spray i bought wasn't working so I let it that way.
I think I kind of like the transformation ^^,

GORGEOUS!!!! She came out so great. I'm about to do one for my daughter, one of her older Lagoona's right leg snapped off at the knee so I'm gonna get a CAM Siren kit and do her up! I hope mine looks half as good as yours!!!!

You know, I tore up my spare Lagoona doll to complete my siren, and I also painted the belts. i added green glitter nail polish to her lips and eyes and gave her the asymetrical top from Clawdeen in the Gloom Beach series. I glued a strand of beads into her hair, and thought about adding faux jewels, I just couldn't find them at the time. You should take a look at my pics in the MH DOLL COLLECTION  album.
They almost look separated at birth, lol.
But I love how yours looks too.
